I know that there few things more frustrating in life than when you search for a recipe and have to read through paragraphs and paragraphs of information before getting to the actual recipe, so here it is:
You’ll need:
- 2 cups medjool dates, pitted (approx. 15 dates)
- ½ cup peanut butter
- ½ cup cashews
- 2 tbs chia seeds
- 3 tbs cacao powder
- 1 tbs water
- Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend to combine
- If mixture is too dry, add another tablespoon or two of water and blend further
- Roll mixture into balls and place in an airtight container (it should make about 16 balls)
- Place container in the freezer for an hour, before transferring to the fridge, then enjoy!
